Position Overview As the VP of Accounting and Finance, you will be the strategic architect behind our financial reporting, internal controls, and corporate fiscal health. In this high-impact executive role, you will bridge the gap between complex tactical accounting and high-level corporate finance. You will lead, mentor, and scale our finance function, as well as partnering closely with the Corporate Controller and VP of Strategy to ensure seamless operations as we aggressively expand our fiber network. This includes overseeing everything from GAAP compliance and multi-million-dollar capital expenditure (CapEx) tracking to federal/state grant reporting and debt facility compliance. The leadership component of this role will be critical.
