Assists the public and staff by<br><br>responding to requests for information in person and by telephone.<br><br>Operates standard office equipment and software, including Microsoft<br><br>Word and Excel. Maintains effective working relationships while<br><br>providing professional customer service in a fast-paced environment.<br><br>Requires strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.<br><br><ul><li>\*\*Posting may close at any time\*\***<br><br></li></ul>**Examples of Work Performed**<br><br><ul><li> Performs more complex data entry into a department database,<br><br></li></ul>Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Word<br><br><ul><li> Queries databases and other internet-based information sources.</li><li> Performs other standard office support work telephones, filing,<br><br></li></ul>completing forms<br><br><ul><li> Operates office machines.</li><li> May assist with handling telephone calls.</li><li> May type memoranda, letters, forms and other documents.</li><li> These examples are not intended to be all-inclusive.
