This is an important leadership role focused on helping the firm grow strategically across key industries, services and markets.<br><br>The right person for this role is a practical, growth-minded marketing leader who can see the big picture and still understand the details. They should be comfortable working with firm leadership, guiding Marketing Growth Managers, managing a team and helping the firm focus its marketing efforts on the industries, services and markets with the strongest opportunity.<br><br>The Marketing Director will bring structure, direction and accountability to the firm’s marketing efforts while helping align marketing initiatives with firmwide business goals. This role works closely with partners, niche leaders and executive leadership to prioritize opportunities, support business development efforts and strengthen the firm’s overall marketing execution of Adams Brown’s marketing strategy and annual growth initiatives</li><li>Partner with executive leadership, partners and niche leaders to align marketing priorities with firm growth goals</li><li>Help identify which industries, services and geographic markets offer the strongest growth opportunities</li><li>Establish KPIs and reporting processes to measure marketing effectiveness and recommend strategic adjustments</li><li>Oversee the marketing and business development budget, ensuring strong resource allocation and ROI</li><li>Participate in leadership discussions related to are focused, measurable and aligned with firm strategy</li><li>Work closely with Marketing Growth Managers, niche leaders and partners to develop and execute growth-focused marketing plans</li><li>Build strong cross-functional relationships across marketing, business development and client-serving teams</li><li>Help prioritize marketing resources based on firm goals, market that align with firm growth priorities and business development efforts</li><li>Guide marketing messaging and positioning to support targeted industries, services and growth initiatives</li><li>Oversee campaign planning and execution across digital, email, events and other marketing channels</li><li>Evaluate marketing performance and recommend improvements based on data coordination<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field preferred</li><li>10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, preferably in professional services or B2B environments</li><li>Experience leading strategic marketing planning and growth initiatives</li><li>Strong leadership and team management skills</li><li>Ability to work effectively with executives, partners and cross-functional teams</li><li>Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM systems, analytics and marketing automation tools</li><li>Excellent communication, organizational and project management skills</li><li>Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into
