The Scheduling Coordinator sits at the operational heart of IndeVets™, connecting partner hospitals with Associate IndeVets to keep schedules running smoothly. This is a relationship-first, high-volume role that requires both precision and genuine care for the people on both ends of the scheduling process. You are the human in the loop, the first call when something goes sideways, and the steady presence that makes seamless coverage possible. Coordinate shift schedules between partner hospitals and Associate IndeVets, ensuring reliable coverage with minimal gaps Serve as the primary point of contact for all scheduling questions, requests, and real-time issues from hospitals and AIVs alike Maintain accurate, up-to-date scheduling data across company systems, holding a high standard for precision Build strong working relationships with hospital partners and doctors to support long-term retention on both sides Identify scheduling gaps or emerging conflicts early and resolve them proactively before they affect coverage Qualifications You’ll Thrive in This Role If You Have... Comfort managing a high volume of simultaneous requests without letting anything fall through A genuine service mindset you enjoy solving problems for people, especially under time pressure Experience in a fast-paced coordination, scheduling, or customer service environment where accuracy is non-negotiable Strong communication skills across channels (phone, email, Teams) and the calm to navigate urgent situations clearly Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying tightly connected to a distributed team Availability to work 8 AM to 4 PM EST Benefits Did we mention we have competitive pay and great benefits?
