The ideal candidate will bring strong experience selling complex software solutions to banks and financial institutions, together with an existing network and strong relationships within the banking sector in Peru.</p><p>You will be responsible for opening doors, identifying new business opportunities, building and managing a strong sales pipeline, and leading complex sales cycles with senior stakeholders in banks and financial institutions. In addition, you will strengthen relationships with existing customers and act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.</p><p>This role requires a senior, independent, and highly driven professional who understands the banking ecosystem in Latin America, can engage C-level executives and key decision makers, and is motivated to make a strong commercial impact in an important growth region for Surecomp.</p><p><strong>Location: </strong>Peru, Remote.</p><p><strong>Travel: </strong>Up to 50% across the region.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Roles and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead sales and business development activities across Latin America, with an initial focus on Peru.</li><li>Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with banks and financial institutions.</li><li>Leverage existing relationships and build new connections within the Peruvian banking market.</li><li>Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, lead qualification, discovery, proposals, negotiations, and deal closure.</li><li>Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan aligned with Surecomp’s growth strategy in the region.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, business leaders, technology leaders, and decision makers within banks.</li><li>Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to customers, helping them understand how Surecomp’s solutions can support their trade finance and transaction banking needs.</li><li>Strengthen and grow relationships with existing accounts, while identifying expansion and upsell opportunities.</li><li>Collaborate closely with internal teams, including solution consultants, delivery, product management, marketing, and finance, to tailor solutions and support successful sales execution.</li><li>Represent the company professionally in customer meetings, industry events, conferences, and market discussions across the region.</li><li>Provide ongoing market feedback and customer insights to internal teams to support product, delivery, and commercial decision-making.</li><li>Maintain opportunities across Latin America.</li></ul> <br><h3>Requirements</h3> <p><strong>Knowledge and Experience</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the banking, fintech, or financial technology sectors.</li><li>Proven experience selling complex B2B software solutions to banks, financial institutions, or large enterprise customers.</li><li>Strong understanding of the banking ecosystem in Peru, including how banks evaluate, purchase, and implement technology solutions.</li><li>Existing business network within the Peruvian banking market.</li><li>Experience managing long and complex enterprise sales cycles, including prospecting, stakeholder mapping, proposals, negotiations, and deal closure.</li><li>Experience working with senior stakeholders and decision makers, including C-level executives, business leaders, and technology leaders.</li><li>Experience building and managing a sales pipeline independently in a remote or regional setup.</li><li>Fluent Spanish.</li><li>Strong English for internal communication with global teams, business reporting, and cross-functional
