Job Posting Partner – Fractional CFO & EOS Integrator (Remote) Location 100% Remote- United States Job Type Full-Time, Exempt (Salaried) Compensation Base Salary $140,000 – $165,000 | Total Target Compensation $200,000 – $240,000 Position Overview Fourlane is seeking a Partner – Fractional CFO & Advisory to build and scale a high-growth CFO services division within our Services organization. This role uniquely combines financial leadership with operational execution, ensuring that strategic financial plans translate into measurable outcomes through structured leadership and accountability frameworks. The Partner will drive both personal production and team growth, serving as a senior client leader while building the infrastructure needed to scale the practice. It’s more than just a job—it’s a place where I feel valued.” What You'll Actually Work On Building and scaling the CFO services division to $1M+ ARR in Year 1 Establishing a foundational client base through personal production and business development Recruiting and onboarding 3–5 CFOs and Senior Controllers Embedding EOS-based operating frameworks into client engagements and delivery models Developing repeatable delivery models and pricing structures aligned to margin targets Driving pipeline activity to support team utilization and organizational growth Serving as senior fractional CFO for key accounts, delivering financial strategy and forecasting Ensuring consistent service quality and high-impact outcomes across all client engagements Key Responsibilities Practice Leadership - Design scalable service frameworks, establish pricing discipline, and recruit and mentor finance professionals. Create repeatable processes that support growth and leverage across the division. Client Leadership - Act as senior fractional CFO for key accounts. Deliver high-impact financial strategy, forecasting, and advisory services while maintaining consistent quality across all engagements. Growth & Business Development - Drive business development efforts to establish a sustainable pipeline supporting personal and team utilization. Build long-term client relationships and expand engagements over time. Operational Discipline - Establish and maintain discipline across revenue, margin, and utilization metrics. Embed structured accountability frameworks into all areas of practice operations.
