Account Executive – Services (Remote) Location 100% Remote- but must reside in one of the following states AL, AZ, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, NC, NV, OH, OR, SC, TN, TX, VA, WI Job Type Full-Time, Exempt (Salaried) Compensation Base Salary ~$90,000 + Quarterly Incentive Compensation | On-Target Earnings (OTE) $140,000 Position Overview Fourlane is seeking an Account Executive to own the commercial execution of services sales opportunities from qualification through close. This role is responsible for driving deal momentum, managing customer engagement throughout the sales cycle, and partnering closely with Services Consultants to ensure successful outcomes. You will serve as the primary commercial owner of services opportunities, ensuring prospects move efficiently through the pipeline while maintaining high-quality client experience. This role combines relationship management, sales execution, and cross-functional collaboration to support the continued growth of Fourlane’s Services organization. Maintain accountability for deal progression and customer engagement throughout the sales process. Sales Execution & Deal Management - Actively drive opportunities forward by coordinating meetings, managing follow-up activities, and ensuring clear next steps are established after every customer interaction. Discovery & Scoping Participation - Participate in all prospect planning, discovery, and scoping meetings to understand customer needs, identify opportunities, and align solutions with business objectives. Value Articulation & Solution Positioning - Partner with Services Consultants to communicate business value, address customer concerns, and position Fourlane’s services effectively. Forecasting & Pipeline Management - Maintain accurate CRM records, opportunity updates, and sales forecasts to support leadership visibility and planning. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with Services Consultants, Operations, and Leadership to ensure alignment throughout the sales process and successful client onboarding.
