Training and Employee Experience Specialist

About the position

The Training and Employee Experience Specialist for our LVMH Beauty North America Distribution Center is critical to ensuring organizational compliance, operational safety, and the continual development of our workforce. The role will lead impactful training initiatives, champion a culture of safety and engagement, and serve as a strategic partner to Human Resources and business leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and deliver mandatory annual HR training programs, including compliance, ethics, anti-harassment, and other essential regulatory topics.
  • Recommend and implement training solutions to address compliance gaps, estimate costs, and manage allocated budgets efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records to ensure all employees meet regulatory and company requirements, reducing risk of violations.
  • Manage the end-to-end employee onboarding process to ensure a positive, safe, and productive experience for all new hires, supporting retention and reducing turnover risk.
  • Design and oversee internship programs for Warehouse and Supply Chain functions, partnering with universities to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate training programs that enhance employee skills, operational performance, and career advancement opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain effective collaboration with the LVMH Beauty NA Talent Development team, as well as alignment with Group processes.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify organizational and individual development requirements aligned with business objectives.
  • Support the design and delivery of leadership development programs, identifying high-potential employees and equipping leaders for success.
  • Drive initiatives to foster a culture of trust, collaboration, and respect by analyzing engagement data, conducting listening sessions, and implementing actionable improvements.
  • Develop and implement strategies that promote positive employee relations and a productive work environment.
  • Communicate program updates, schedules, and outcomes clearly to all stakeholders, including business leaders, HR partners, and employees.
  • Represent the training function in cross-functional meetings, championing learning and development initiatives.
  • Support the development and dissemination of HR policies, procedures, and communications related to learning and development.
  • Help coordinate and comprehensive Health and Safety (H&S) training programs tailored to the distribution center environment in partnership with H&S Manager.
  • Collaborate with Safety, Operations, and HR teams to ensure strict adherence to OSHA, state, and corporate safety regulations.
  • Support Health and Safety Manager with ongoing safety engagement and compliance initiatives to include onboarding.
  • Track, analyze, and report on safety training participation and completion rates for annual central reporting.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources and/or Learning & Development, with a strong focus on distribution, warehousing, or supply chain settings.
  • 3+ years of Project Management experience; proven ability to plan, track, and communicate annual learning goals.
  • Demonstrated expertise in health and safety training, compliance programs, and regulatory requirements (OSHA preferred).
  • Proficient in Excel and data analytics; able to interpret and leverage data to drive program effectiveness.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging and presenting to diverse audiences at all levels (Fluency in English & Spanish required, French is a plus).
  • Agile, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • The published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published range of \$80,000.00 - \$95,000.00.
