Role Talent Acquisition Specialist Location Remote Role Overview We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract and hire exceptional talent that fuels Joveo's growth. You will own full-cycle recruiting — from sourcing and pipeline building to offer negotiation — ensuring every hire reflects our commitment to quality and inclusion. Key Responsibilities • Own end-to-end recruiting for assigned roles across technical and non-technical functions • Build proactive talent pipelines using LinkedIn, sourcing tools, and referral programs • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and evaluation criteria • Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage the candidate experience end-to-end • Negotiate and extend offers in alignment with compensation frameworks • Track recruiting metrics and report on pipeline health and time-to-fill Required Skills & Qualifications • Proven full-cycle recruiting experience in a technology company • Strong sourcing skills — Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and creative outbound strategies • Excellent candidate communication and relationship-building skills • Experience recruiting for technical roles (engineering, data, product) is a strong advantage • Familiarity with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, or similar) • Commitment to inclusive hiring practices and diverse pipeline building Equal Opportunity Employer Joveo is an equal opportunity employer.
