Job Summary
This position is responsible for Operations workforce and inventory management efforts and will partner with business leaders to provide insights on supply and demand analytics, gap analysis and other workforce and inventory planning duties to optimize productivity and reduce risk. This position plays a critical role in strategically allocating people and resources based on time and attendance in compliance with constantly changing workplace laws and regulations. Additionally, this position applies various inventory methods to meet the volume, and timeline demands of our customers.

Collect and organize inventory data from various sources, performing inventory analysis and reporting using key performance indicators (KPIs).

Works with IT and operations leaders to develop capabilities to track, allocate, and prioritize inventory volumes amongst teams and individuals to meet target service levels and performance guarantees. Develop and implement inventory policies and procedures, recommending solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy, evaluating inventory risks and opportunities, as well as coordinating with other stakeholders to resolve issues

Based on factors such as cost, volume, quality, timeliness and seasonality, develop longer term staffing and workforce models to maximize capacity and cost efficiency.

Proactively identify ways to apply our subject matter expertise in Workforce Planning to solve headcount business problems, using data-based insights to influence action.

Maintain dashboards and standard reports to inform workforce and inventory planning stakeholders on key workforce trends and insights.

Investigate and resolve data quality issues in our workforce planning and inventory management data sources and systems of record to ensure data accuracy.

Required Job Qualifications

Bachelors degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field. Proven ability to analyze, present, and action on raw data with expertise in Excel and/or other data visualization tools and 5 years experience

Knowledge of inventory and workforce management principles and best practices

Excellent spoken and written communication skills

Ability to stay organized and manage deadlines

Willing to overcome organizational obstacles and develop creative solutions

A self-starter, highly motivated, able to shift directions quickly when priorities change

Excellent team player that can work with virtual and global cross-functional teams
