The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic digital team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, visually compelling user experiences that drive conversion, engagement, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have extensive eCommerce design expertise, a proven portfolio of successful projects, and the ability to balance user-centered design principles with business objectives. You will work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and engineering teams to translate customer needs into exceptional digital experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign Strategy & UX Leadership Develop comprehensive design strategies for our eCommerce platform that prioritize user experience, accessibility, and business goals. Establish design standards, best practices, and guidelines to ensure consistency across all digital properties.Wireframe Development Create clear, functional wireframes that effectively communicate information architecture, user flows, and interaction patterns. Develop wireframes across all device types (mobile and desktop) to ensure responsive design excellence.High-Fidelity Design Produce polished, pixel-perfect high-fidelity designs that reflect brand identity and are ready for development handoff. Ensure all design elements align with brand guidelines, design systems, and accessibility standards (WCAG compliance).User Research & Testing Conduct and collaborate on user research activities, including usability testing, customer interviews, and analytics review. Translate research insights into actionable design improvements.Conversion Rate Optimization Apply eCommerce design best practices to optimize product pages, checkout flows, category pages, and landing pages for maximum conversion. Support A/B testing and analyze performance data to drive iterative improvements.Design System Management Develop, maintain, and evolve a comprehensive design system that supports scalability and consistency. Collaborate with engineering on component library implementation and ongoing refinement.Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with product managers, engineers, marketers, and eCommerce team members to align on requirements, timelines, and deliverables. Present design solutions and rationale to stakeholders at all levels.Technical Design Handoff Prepare comprehensive design documentation and specifications for engineering teams.
