Senior Product Operations Manager - Tooling & AI Enablement

Responsibilities/Qualifications The Senior Product Operations Manager – Tooling & AI Enablement is responsible for scaling the effectiveness of the Product organization through best‑in‑class tooling and AI‑driven ways of working. This role owns the end‑to‑end launch, structure, administration, and optimization of the product management strategy and road mapping platforms (i.e.,, Aha!, Jira Product Discovery), ensuring it is configured to support strategy, planning, execution, and visibility across the Product organization. In parallel, this role leads the AI enablement strategy for Product, making AI the default way Product teams work faster, smarter, and with higher quality. The role defines and executes the AI adoption roadmap, leverages tools such as Copilot, Claude, and emerging AI platforms, and builds the training, governance, accountability, and community needed to drive sustained adoption and measurable impact. Key Responsibilities Product Management Strategy and Road Mapping Platform Own the enterprise‑wide implementation, configuration, and ongoing administration Ensure alignment with product management strategy, operating models, and lifecycle processes Design and maintain platform structural architecture, including workspaces, hierarchies, product lines, roadmaps, scorecards, capacity models, workflows, and permissions Lead the initial launch and phased rollout of the platform, including migration planning, data integrity, training, communications, and adoption tracking Establish and enforce governance standards for platform usage, ensuring data consistency, reporting accuracy, and scalable best practices Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor relationship management, roadmap alignment, feature enablement, and issue resolution Continuously evaluate and optimize configurations to reflect evolving Product maturity, organizational changes, and strategic priorities AI Enablement & Adoption Define, implement, and maintain the AI enablement strategy for the product organization, ensuring AI tools are integrated into standard product workflows and operating practices Lead rollout and adoption of approved AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude), including use‑case definition, process integration, and ongoing optimization Develop and deliver AI training, documentation, and enablement of assets, including role‑based guidance and managed prompt and agent library Establish and track AI adoption and value metrics, report progress through dashboards and operating reviews, and support integration of AI objectives into Product OKRs Cross‑Functional Leadership and Change Management Partner with Product Management, Product Delivery, Engineering, and Operations leaders to ensure tooling and AI enablement align with real workflow needs Act as a change leader, driving adoption through clear communication, executive alignment, and practical value demonstration Stay current on emerging AI tools, trends, and governance considerations, recommending new opportunities where AI can enhance Product effectiveness Qualifications 8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, or related disciplines Experience structuring, launching, and administering Product management strategy and road mapping platform (i.e., Aha!, Jira Product Discovery) at scale across a product organization Experience leading tool‑driven transformation initiatives and driving adoption across cross‑functional teams Demonstrated experience enabling teams with AI tools, agents and workflows, including training, governance, and measurement. (i.e., Claude, CoPilot) May be required to travel up to 25% depending on business needs, vendor engagement schedules, and testing activities Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline; or equivalent experience Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Deep expertise in product management strategy and road mapping platform configuration, administration, and best practices, including workspace design, reporting, and roadmap governance Strong understanding of Product operating models, road mapping, capacity planning, and execution workflows Proven ability to translate AI capabilities into practical, repeatable product use cases Exceptional change‑management and influence skills, with the ability to drive adoption without direct authority Strong analytical skills, including defining successful metrics and demonstrating measurable impact from tooling and AI initiatives Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging both executives and individual contributors Comfortable operating in ambiguity while building structure, standards, and scalable systems Total Rewards Want to love where you work?
