The Insights & Product Operations team drives operational excellence across this portfolio, serving as the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, Marketing, Revenue, and Support to make the full launch lifecycle predictable, scalable, and market-ready. We build automated systems that make the entire product and Go-to-Market (GTM) machine faster and smarter. </p> <br><strong>Responsibilities</strong><br><br><p>We are looking for a Senior Product Operations Manager who is equal parts operator and systems thinker. You will drive release operations across our developer AI portfolio, running the rhythms that keep releases on track and driving cross-functional coordination between product, GTM, and engineering teams. </p><p> </p><p>You will also own the strategy and backlog for AI-powered operational systems we're building to make Engineering, Product, Design and GTM teams dramatically more efficient. This is a role for someone who is deeply curious about how product and GTM teams actually work, where friction lives, and why. You understand the landscape of modern AI capabilities well enough to see where they can transform operational workflows at scale. An individual's base pay depends on various factors including geographical location and review of experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant. At GitHub certain roles are eligible for benefits and additional rewards, including annual bonus and stock. These rewards are allocated based on individual impact in role.
