style="line-height:1.2;"><strong>KITSCH</strong> is currently looking for a motivated and talented <strong>Retail Marketing Manager</strong> who will support the development and execution of Marketing Strategies to drive Foot Traffic, Sales, and Brand Awareness for Retail locations. </p><p style="line-height:1.2;text-align:justify;">This role involves coordinating promotional campaigns, managing In-Store Marketing materials, collaborating with Vendors, and analyzing Performance Metrics to optimize retail Marketing efforts.</p> <p style="line-height:1.2;text-align:justify;"><strong>What will be your responsibilities?</strong></p><div style="list-style-type:disc;">Campaign Coordination & Execution:</div><ul><li style="list-style-type:circle;">Assist in planning and implementing retail marketing campaigns, including seasonal promotions, product launches, and local store events.</li><li>Coordinate with cross-functional teams (merchandising, sales, digital marketing) to ensure cohesive brand messaging.</li><li>Manage the production and distribution of in-store marketing materials (signage, displays, brochures, etc.).</li></ul><div style="list-style-type:disc;">Vendor & Budget Management:</div><ul><li style="list-style-type:circle;">Liaise with external vendors, printers, and agencies to ensure the timely delivery of marketing materials.</li><li>Track and report on Merchandising, or Brand Coordination.</li><li>Experience in the Retail industry, specifically within Beauty/Hair Care.</li><li>Familiarity with working alongside Ulta or Target.</li></ul></li><li
