The Specialty Gas Business Development Manager is responsible for driving sales growth of Specialty Gas Equipment within an assigned regional territory through both OEM and Industrial Distribution channels, managing the full sales cycle, and collaborating closely with customers and internal teams to expand market presence. Responsibilities Drive revenue growth for Specialty Gas products within the assigned territory Develop and expand relationships with existing OEM and Industrial Distribution customers Identify, qualify, and secure new OEM customer opportunities aligned with company objectives and Harris guidelines Manage the complete sales process from lead generation through post-sale support Develop strategic sales opportunities with Mechanical Contractors, End Users, and National Accounts Support Industrial Distribution partners to increase Specialty Gas product sales through the distribution channel Build strong customer relationships by providing technical, application, and training support as needed Coordinate with Industrial Sales teams to target growth opportunities across key vertical markets Partner with Product Management and Engineering teams to support product development initiatives and new product launches Provide technical expertise and application support for Specialty Gas and manifold systems to global teams and customers Skills 5+ years of Specialty Gas industry experience 3+ years of Specialty Gas sales experience (gas and/or equipment) Proven ability to develop and grow customer relationships Ability and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field Engineering or technical background Existing network and industry contacts within the gas industry Experience supporting technical or engineered product solutions Company Overview Lincoln Electric is a manufacturer of welding products, arc welding equipment, and welding consumables.
