Our client, a rapidly expanding global technology company, is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior HR Business Partner to join their fully remote team. This is an exciting opportunity to partner with senior leadership and drive impactful HR initiatives across various business units. As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic advisor, providing expertise and guidance on all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, organizational development, and change management. You will work closely with assigned client groups to understand their unique challenges and opportunities, developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals and foster a positive and productive work environment. Responsibilities include coaching and advising managers on employee issues, leading talent reviews and succession planning processes, and managing complex employee relations cases. You will also play a key role in implementing new HR policies and programs, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and driving employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of HR best practices, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
