Remote Senior HR Business Partner - Tech Industry

Our client, a rapidly expanding global technology company, is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior HR Business Partner to join their fully remote team. This is an exciting opportunity to partner with senior leadership and drive impactful HR initiatives across various business units. As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic advisor, providing expertise and guidance on all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, organizational development, and change management. You will work closely with assigned client groups to understand their unique challenges and opportunities, developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals and foster a positive and productive work environment. Responsibilities include coaching and advising managers on employee issues, leading talent reviews and succession planning processes, and managing complex employee relations cases. You will also play a key role in implementing new HR policies and programs, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and driving employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of HR best practices, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational objectives. Provide expert guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations, performance management, and talent development. Lead talent acquisition strategies, including workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding. Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity. Manage complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations and recommending appropriate resolutions. Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews. Develop and implement organizational development initiatives and change management strategies. Promote employee engagement and foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and inform strategic decision-making. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred. 7+ years of progressive experience as an HR Business Partner or similar HR leadership role, preferably within the technology sector. Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, compensation, and organizational development. Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills. Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
