[Remote] (Senior) Consultant (m/f/d) SAP DM

As a SAP DM Consultant, you will design and implement modern manufacturing execution solutions based on SAP Digital Manufacturing, working closely with customers to optimize shop floor processes and enable real-time manufacturing insights. Responsibilities Design and implement SAP Digital Manufacturing (SAP DM) solutions for customers across various manufacturing industries Analyze and optimize manufacturing and shop floor processes, translating business requirements into scalable digital manufacturing solutions Configure and implement SAP DM capabilities such as production execution, order management, traceability, quality management, and resource coordination Support the integration of SAP DM with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, and shop floor systems, including machines, IoT devices, and automation platforms Design and implement data-driven manufacturing scenarios, enabling real-time production monitoring, analytics, and continuous improvement Facilitate customer workshops, gather requirements, and develop solution concepts and implementation roadmaps Contribute to end-to-end SAP DM implementation projects, including design, configuration, testing, go-live, and hypercare Support presales activities, including demonstrations, solution architecture design, and effort estimation Share knowledge within the team and contribute to the continuous development of Syntax’s Digital Manufacturing portfolio and best practices Skills Proven experience in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or Digital Manufacturing solutions Hands-on experience with SAP Digital Manufacturing (SAP DM) or related SAP manufacturing technologies (e.g., SAP ME/MII) Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production logistics, and shop floor integration scenarios Experience with SAP S/4HANA manufacturing integration and production data flows Knowledge of Industry 4.0 concepts, including connected machines, IoT integration, and real-time manufacturing analytics Experience working in SAP implementation projects using agile or hybrid methodologies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and solution-oriented mindset Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment Fluent German and English language skills Benefits Competitive, above-average compensation Global tourist With us, you can also work from abroad from time to time Flexible working time models, home office Attractive benefits, e.g. company pension scheme or various health offers A modern environment in which the "you" is part of it Open feedback culture, flat hierarchies and a motivated team Individual career planning with continuous training and coaching on the job Company Overview Syntax providing comprehensive technology solutions.
