[Remote] Sales Director, Insurance

Note The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Brillio is seeking a Sales Director to drive net new business in the Insurance vertical. This role focuses on acquiring new clients and expanding Brillio’s footprint in the Life, P&C, and Specialty Insurance domains, leveraging strong sales acumen and deep insurance domain knowledge. Responsibilities Drive net new client acquisition (80%) and growth in dormant/existing accounts (20%). Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Insurance vertical Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Insurance domain offerings Build and maintain a robust pipeline through lead generation, prospecting, and networking Manage end-to-end sales cycle prospecting, presentations, RFI/RFP responses, negotiations, and deal closure Establish and nurture relationships with CxO-level executives at target insurance firms Act as a trusted advisor, leveraging domain expertise to position Brillio’s solutions Work closely with presales, delivery, and practice teams to craft compelling proposals Partner with BFSI leadership to create IP, solutions, and thought leadership in Insurance Skills 12–15+ years of experience in IT services sales, with a proven track record in hunting new business Demonstrated success in selling Digital Transformation, Cloud, Data Analytics, and Product Engineering services Strong understanding of Insurance industry (Life, P&C, Specialty), Insurtech trends, regulatory landscape, and emerging models like embedded insurance and usage-based insurance Hunting mindset and evidence of client acquisition is a major qualifier Experience working in IT services and consulting is a must Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to manage complex sales cycles (6–12 months) and multi-stakeholder negotiations Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology MBA is preferred Familiarity with platforms like Guidewire and Duck Creek is a plus Benefits Sales Commission as per the policy applicable Health, Vision and Dental benefits 401k Brillio Academy driven learning Company Overview Brillio is a technology consulting and technology services company focused on the implementation of digital technologies.
