[Remote] Sales Development Representative

CuraLinc Healthcare is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to focus on lead generation and prospecting to support their expanding sales efforts nationwide. The ideal candidate will identify and qualify potential clients while collaborating effectively with sales and marketing teams to build a robust sales pipeline. Responsibilities Lead Generation and Prospecting Utilize various methods (cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, networking) to identify potential clients and business opportunities Lead Qualification Assess and nurture leads to determine their potential as sales opportunities, ensuring they meet specific criteria before passing them to the sales team Collaboration with Sales and Marketing Teams Work closely with the sales and marketing departments to develop targeted strategies and ensure seamless lead handoff to sales executives Pipeline Management Maintain and update records of leads and prospects, tracking interactions, and monitoring progress through the sales funnel to ensure all opportunities are addressed Setting Appointments and Meetings Coordinate and schedule meetings between prospects and sales executives to facilitate the sales process Reporting and Analytics Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform strategy adjustment and continuous improvement Skills BS/BA Degree or Work Equivalent Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) Self-Motivated, Driven, Highly Organized, Detail-Oriented Strong Communicator Benefits 100% company-paid single tier medical coverage insurance PTO 401(k) with match Dental Vision Life Disability insurance Company Overview CuraLinc Healthcare is a mental health wellness program that supports employees and students with assistive well-being program services.
