Our client, a reputable and expanding real estate investment firm, is seeking a results-driven Remote Real Estate Investment Manager to join their distributed team. This critical role will involve managing a portfolio of real estate assets, overseeing investment strategies, identifying new acquisition opportunities, and maximizing asset value. You will be responsible for conducting market analysis, financial modeling, and due diligence, all while working independently and collaborating with remote colleagues. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in real estate investment, a strong understanding of financial markets, and exceptional strategic planning abilities. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute investment strategies for a diverse portfolio of real estate assets. Source, analyze, and underwrite potential acquisition and disposition opportunities. Conduct thorough market research, feasibility studies, and due diligence on potential investments. Manage existing portfolio assets to optimize performance, including overseeing property management and capital improvement plans. Prepare detailed investment reports, financial projections, and presentations for senior management and investment committees. Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, lenders, partners, and other industry professionals. Monitor real estate market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes impacting investment performance. Manage the negotiation process for acquisitions, dispositions, and financing. Ensure compliance with all investment policies, legal requirements, and reporting obligations. Lead and mentor junior members of the investment team, fostering a collaborative remote work environment. Requirements Master's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in real estate investment management, acquisitions, or development. Proven track record of successfully managing real estate portfolios and executing investment strategies. Exceptional financial modeling, analytical, and valuation skills. In-depth knowledge of real estate markets, capital markets, and various property types. Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership abilities. Proficiency with investment analysis software (e.g., ARGUS, Excel) and CRM systems. Demonstrated ability to work effectively and independently in a remote setting, managing complex projects.
