They are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter/Account Manager to manage searches, develop client relationships, and expand business opportunities while providing exceptional service to clients and candidates. Responsibilities Develop and grow our current client base by marketing our talent solutions within Real Estate Maintain and oversee communication with clients Manage full-desk recruitment activities through job intake, continuously managing clients, and gathering feedback Identify/engage with active candidates utilizing a variety of sourcing techniques and screening them against agreed competencies Source candidates through various platforms and independently conduct candidate outreach, including independently constructing outbound messages to candidates Manage and guide candidates through the full life cycle of the recruitment process, including candidate scheduling, interview preps and debriefs Negotiate offers to pre-close and close candidates Responsible for developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified talent to submit to current/future client base Resolve any client issue quickly and efficiently to maintain the highest level of client satisfaction Generate leads and market intelligence to enhance our new client development efforts Potentially manage employees directly or manage recruiters (varying levels) working on assigned searches for your clients Maintain relationships with candidates to gain industry knowledge and obtain referrals and new business opportunities Balance deadlines and deliverables for multiple searches at a time Record and maintain candidate information with a high level of detail within Bullhorn, LinkedIn Recruiter, and any additional team or client systems Skills 3+ years of recruitment/business development experience within real estate preferred Proven business development and client management experience, with an established track record of developing relationships with new clients Proven track record of annually billing $300K+ Detailed understanding of your market niche Ability to source and match candidates to positions Strong verbal / written communication skills Benefits W2 salary draw with an industry-leading commission payout Medical 401K (4% match) 20 days of PTO (plus week between Christmas & New Year's off) 100% remote work-from-anywhere flexibility Company Overview The Genuine Search Group is an executive search firm based in NYC that was launched by a team of highly experienced industry.
