They are seeking a Pharma Focused (Clinical) SaaS Sales Engineer who will own the full sales cycle for their AI-enabled SaaS platform, targeting biopharma manufacturers and CROs. Responsibilities Own the full sales cycle — prospecting, demos, negotiation, and close — for B1 Health’s AI-enabled SaaS platform Sell into clinical development (core), as well as clinical operations, medical affairs, and regulatory medical writing Extend reach to CROs and consultants serving these functions Build and manage a pipeline against quarterly revenue targets Partner with product and customer success to land and expand accounts Skills Proven SaaS sales track record — consistently met or exceeded quota Direct experience selling software/SaaS into biopharma or life sciences Familiarity with clinical development and adjacent functions — clinical operations, medical affairs, regulatory/medical writing Comfortable navigating long, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles End-to-end experience with conferences and all that it entails – setup of both, collateral preparation, post-conference followups, etc Existing relationships across biopharma clinical, medical, and regulatory teams, CROs, or consultancies Early-stage startup sales experience Hunter mentality — self-driven, resilient, and comfortable with the ambiguity of an early-stage startup Consultative seller who leads with customer problems, not features Data-driven and disciplined with CRM hygiene and forecasting Coachable, collaborative, and motivated to build something from the ground up Benefits Base salary + commission + performance-based stock options Company Overview Shattering speed-to-market records and enabling precision across clinical and medical operations with AI-powered products built on clinical, medical, regulatory, computational, data science and economics expertise and large curated databases At B1 Health, we are building the products to support life science companies’ need for speed to market.
