The ideal candidate will assist with the store network lifecycle, understand Cisco/Meraki hardware and configurations, and be able to provide status updates to management. Responsibilities Track and report on inventory KPI'S Monitor inventory of life-cycle devices Create and maintain documentation related to network changes Act as the escalation point for addressing anomalies Verify configuration of new devices Ensure life-cycled devices are removed from the Meraki dashboard Provide Detailed Progress Reports on life-cycle status Skills 10+ years of work experience 5+ years networking experience with strong emphasis on Cisco/Meraki technologies (MX, MS, MR Meraki Appliance) Understanding of cloud-managed networking concepts Awareness of Cisco Switch and Wireless hardware Understanding of Meraki Profiles and Templates Familiarity with Meraki Dashboard terminology and structure Awareness of network lifecycle concepts Ability to communicate clearly with peers, senior engineers, and non-technical stakeholders An understanding of project management concepts Company Overview Appex Innovation offers advisory, optimization, training, staff augmentation and technical services for the healthcare industry.
