They are seeking a highly creative Marketing Graphic Designer to elevate their visual identity, create original concepts, and develop high-impact creative assets across various marketing channels. Responsibilities Design and develop high-impact creative assets across multiple marketing channels Create hero images, landing page graphics, promotional banners, and web assets Develop hero creative and campaign key art for major sporting events including the NBA Finals, World Cup, NFL Playoffs, Super Bowl, MLB Postseason, Drafts, and other tentpole moments relevant to the audience Produce asset packs for marketing campaigns, seasonal launches, promotions, and product drops Develop and maintain brand guidelines, visual systems, and creative consistency across the company Build scalable creative systems that allow the team to quickly react to breaking sports moments, player performances, and market trends Help evolve the visual identity as the company scales Create compelling CRM and lifecycle marketing visuals for email, push, and retention campaigns Build and implement responsive HTML/CSS email templates within our CRM platform Develop reusable, modular email design systems that render consistently across clients and devices Design social media graphics, paid advertising creatives, motion assets, GIFs, videos, and campaign visuals Create social-first creative templates for recurring content series, pack drops, chase card reveals, community updates, player spotlights, and promotional campaigns Design premium 'hit' graphics that showcase customer pulls, high-value cards, marketplace activity, and pack-opening moments Produce short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, X, and YouTube Shorts, including card reveals, promotional videos, product launches, and trend-based content Create motion graphics, animated assets, and lightweight video edits optimized for social engagement and rapid content deployment Stay current on trends in gaming, collectibles, social media, and digital culture Build partnership and co-branded marketing assets with creators, influencers, brands, and affiliates Collaborate with the Creator and Influencer Partnerships team to develop customized creative assets for partnered talent, ensuring the delivery of best-in-class, category-leading partnerships Partner with the social media team to develop content concepts that drive engagement, community participation, and brand awareness Collaborate closely with marketing, product, growth, CRM, and leadership teams Contribute creative ideas and concepts for launches, promotions, and brand storytelling Skills 5+ years of graphic design or marketing design experience Strong portfolio showcasing digital marketing, branding, and campaign work Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Figma, etc.) Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email development and template implementation Experience creating email and CRM marketing assets Experience creating short-form social video content using Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar editing software Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and engagement-driven creative best practices Strong understanding of social-first creative and performance marketing design Ability to execute fast-turnaround creative for real-time sports, cultural, and community moments Ability to create visually engaging designs that convert and perform Strong typography, layout, color, and branding skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced remote environment Company Overview We support ambitious organisations to identify and attract industry leading Executive talent.
