Healthcare Recruiter | Remote<br><br><strong>Say goodbye, adiós, and sayonara to the corporate 8a-5p cubicle world!</strong><br><br><strong>MedAtlantic Healthcare Solutions is looking for a remote Recruiter who wants to grow alongside us.</strong><br><br><strong>Option 1: </strong>Partner with us as a 1099 50/50 Recruiter to have access to work on our client jobs independently with little interaction and freedom to recruit on the jobs as you see fit. Heavy experience in recruitment required.<br><br>-or-<br><br><strong>Option 2: </strong>Join us to earn commissions of $1k-8k per phsyician placement fee and access to our database to recruit and build relationships from. <br><br><ul><li>We have been recruiting doctors since 2011 and in business successfully since 2017.</li></ul><br><br><ul><li>We are a referral-based recruitment company, not salesy locums! </li></ul><br><br><ul><li>We do not agree with cold-calling candidates via phone. We focus mainly on building relationships with the help of utilizing technology for outreach campaigns to ultimately lead to scheduled candidate phone calls.</li></ul><br><br><ul><li>No need for us to get involved in the salary negotiations, our client does that so we do not illustrate data that is not up to date!!</li></ul><br><br><ul><li>We refer new candidates for our clients which are small to medium-sized physician groups or teleradiology groups, not hospitals. </li></ul><br><br><ul><li>We place mainly place teleradiologists, radiologists, some dermatologists, and some psychiatrists. We are looking to dive more into Breast Imaging and Interventional Radiologists in 2026.</li></ul><br><br><ul><li>This opportunity can be part-time or full-time (Make your own hours). You get what you put in for effort.</li></ul><br><br><ul><li>The ideal candidate has proven themselves as a healthcare recruiter in the past and will work hard to prove themselves again before transferring to a leadership role (if desired).</li></ul><br><br><ul><li>*No experience but driven? - We have a recruiter in Training option to learn under the wing of the Founder (For the right candidate) </li></ul><br><br><ul><li>People first. This includes you, your health, your family, your colleagues, and your candidates.</li></ul><br><br><ul><li>Your work revolves around people and your own personal financial goals, not a clock.</li></ul><br><br><ul><li>You will manage your own desk and make independent decisions (when ready). We will train/guide and assist you early and often to help you be successful. Autonomy leads to learning. You will have plenty of it! We hope you teach us a thing or two.</li></ul><br><br><ul><li>You should be driven to connect with the healthcare clinical professionals you assist and be there every step throughout the screening/interviewing process.</li></ul><br><br><ul><li>Listening to candidate preferences and building relationships is how we diversify from traditional headhunters in our space. You must be able to have intelligent and relevant conversations while being personable.</li></ul><br><br><ul><li>Expectations are simple... Work hard, have fun, ask questions often, build relationships, place candidates, and grow personally, professionally, and financially.</li></ul><br><br><ul><li>Yes, we will ask you to do certain tasks.
