They are seeking a GTM/Sales Lead with an aviation industry background to drive new customer acquisition and manage sales processes from start to finish. Responsibilities Own and build the sales pipeline identify, research and prioritise target airlines and other industry customers Run outreach and prospecting, from cold contact to first conversation Manage deals end to end discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation and close Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers across airline ops, procurement and innovation teams Represent Overwatch AI at industry events, conferences and with key accounts Keep the CRM and pipeline data clean, and report on progress to the CEO Feed market and customer insight back into product and positioning Skills 5+ years of sales or business development experience in an aviation or airline environment Deep understanding of airline operations (flight ops, OCC, ground ops, etc.) Experience in software sales in an aviation context Startup mindset ownership, curiosity, flexibility. Comfortable with ambiguity and figuring things out independently Fluent English.
