Silva-Lining HR is seeking a Fractional Marketing Manager (Ad Buyer) for a client to develop, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The role requires a data-driven and results-oriented individual experienced in creating high-performing paid media strategies that drive measurable business growth. Responsibilities Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms including Meta, Pinterest, AdRoll, and other relevant advertising channels Conduct audience research and customer segmentation to develop targeted advertising strategies, including retargeting and remarketing campaigns Monitor campaign performance, manage advertising budgets, and make data-driven optimizations to maximize return on investment (ROI) and return on ad spend (ROAS) Monitor conversion tracking, identify tracking issues, and troubleshoot discrepancies to ensure accurate campaign reporting Track and analyze key performance metrics, including ROAS, CPC, CTR, CPA, conversion rate, and other relevant KPIs Perform A/B testing and multivariate testing on audiences, creatives, ad copy, and campaign strategies to continuously improve campaign performance Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards with actionable insights and recommendations Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align paid advertising strategies with overall marketing and business objectives Recommend new campaign ideas, promotions, audience strategies, and optimization initiatives based on campaign performance and insights Research competitors, industry trends, advertising platform updates, and emerging best practices to keep campaigns competitive and drive continuous improvement Skills 3+ years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms Proven experience with advertising platforms such as Meta Ads, AdRoll, Pinterest, and other paid media channels Strong understanding of paid media strategy, including audience targeting, customer segmentation, retargeting, remarketing, A/B testing, budget management, and conversion optimization Experience analyzing campaign performance and optimizing campaigns using key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversion rate, and other relevant KPIs Familiarity with conversion tracking, analytics, and performance reporting tools Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver results with minimal supervision Company Overview It was founded in undefined, and is headquartered in , with a workforce of 0-1 employees.
