The Encompass Administrator will support the configuration, maintenance, and operation of the Encompass Loan Origination System, ensuring system accuracy and providing user support across the organization. Responsibilities Assist with configuring and maintaining Encompass settings including personas, business rules, input forms, loan templates, and milestones Update and maintain fields, calculations, and basic automation rules Support user account creation, permissions, and security settings Participate in testing and validating Encompass updates and new releases Document system changes and maintain internal configuration records Serve as a first‑line resource for Encompass questions and troubleshooting Provide basic training and guidance to users on system features and best practices Help maintain training materials, job aids, and documentation Troubleshoot routine system errors and escalate complex issues to senior staff or ICE Mortgage Technology as needed Receive, log, and categorize incoming system issues, enhancement requests, and workflow improvement ideas Gather necessary details from users to ensure clear, actionable tickets Coordinate with senior administrators to determine solutions, timelines, and next steps Support existing third-party Encompass Integrations Coordinate with Ellie Mae/ICE Mortgage Technology and external vendors for support, escalations, and enhancements Skills 2+ years of hands-on Encompass administration experience, preferably in a high-volume mortgage environment Proven use of Business Rules, Input Form Builder, Admin tools, and user management Understanding of mortgage origination workflows Basic understanding of compliance‑related workflows (TRID, HMDA, etc.) Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-department collaboration Company Overview As a highly reputable, locally owned bank, we’re known for flexibility, expertise, and the best options.
