[Remote] Customer Service Representative

Note The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Hired by Matrix, Inc is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in a fully remote capacity. The role involves answering phone calls from potential and existing customers and transferring them to the appropriate department based on their needs. Responsibilities Answer phone calls from potential and existing customers Ask specific questions to determine the reason for the call and then transfer to the appropriate department Skills Call center experience required Excellent communication skills Intermediate knowledge of computer applications Must have a positive enthusiastic behavior with a desire to provide a great phone call experience with all the calls they handle Required to provide own equipment Training is conducted with cameras on, so a webcam is required during the first 2 weeks Must demonstrate to maintain a productive, interruption-free remote work environment Internet Service (cannot connect via WIFI) - Must have modem connection - Must be hardwired to computer via Ethernet cable. AGENTS CANNOT TAKE CALLS USING WI-FI CONNECTION Core i3 with 8GB of RAM or higher Candidate must have a minimum of 30mbps upload and 30mbps download. Run internet speed test at www.speedtest.net Must have a minimum of Windows 10 on computer Must have modem connection - Must be hardwired to your computer via Ethernet cable Home computer, monitor and headset that will allow agent to answer calls. Must allow required software to be uploaded to their computer, and have USB headset that is CxOne/NICE compatible for incoming customer interactions This is a fully remote position. Possible shifts 1230-900pm, 130pm-1000pm, 330pm-1200am and 530pm-200am. Please note Cannot choose work schedule, but will be able to provide a shift preference during interview.
