They are seeking a Consultant, Compliance Services to support clients with their compliance obligations, working closely with Directors and handling various compliance activities and client management tasks. Responsibilities Support Director-level compliance professionals serving Outsourced CCO and enterprise-level clients Maintain client compliance calendars and monitor regulatory deadlines Prepare for and participate in client meetings and trainings, including agendas, reports, and documentation Assist with advertising reviews, Code of Ethics reviews, and other core compliance activities Support compliance aspects of employee onboarding and offboarding Gather information and assist with regulatory filings Help coordinate, document, and execute compliance testing and reviews Contribute to the drafting and maintenance of key compliance documents such as Compliance Manuals, Form ADV, Code of Ethics, and Form CRS Stay informed on regulatory developments and industry trends and help communicate them clearly to clients Take on additional consulting responsibilities over time as experience and proficiency grow Skills 2–5 years of experience in financial services, ideally working with Registered Investment Advisers Bachelor's degree in business, finance, law, or a related field Working knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management concepts Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines Strong interpersonal skills and a client-service mindset Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Benefits Unlimited FTO.
