About Hudu

Hudu is a fast-growing SaaS platform built exclusively for IT professionals and Managed Service Providers (MSPs). We give teams a single, secure, and beautifully simple place to store, organize, and share everything that keeps modern IT environments running: passwords, network documentation, processes, assets, client knowledge, and more. By replacing scattered spreadsheets, outdated wikis, and a dozen disconnected tools with one unified, customizable solution, Hudu helps thousands of IT teams save time, reduce risk, deliver better service, and scale with confidence.

About the Role

We're seeking a Product Manager to own the full lifecycle of features in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment, often using Agile methodologies. You will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution for features that empower IT professionals to organize, secure, and streamline their documentation.

You'll bridge customer needs, business goals, and our engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to deliver a best-in-class platform known for its rapid innovation, deep integrations, and user-loved experience.

Role Responsibilities

Defining Product Vision and Strategy

Shape the product vision for Hudu's core areas (e.g., asset management, password vaults, knowledge bases, processes, integrations with PSAs/RMMs like ConnectWise, HaloPSA, NinjaOne).

Customer and Market Research

Engage directly with MSPs, IT teams, and users through interviews, feedback analysis, community forums, and support data to uncover pain points in IT documentation and operations.

Roadmap Planning and Prioritization

Build and maintain a prioritized roadmap, balancing quick wins (e.g., new integrations) with long-term innovations, informed by customer upvotes and usage metrics.

Requirements and Feature Definition

Write clear user stories, specs, and PRDs for features like custom asset layouts, secure password management, workflow automation, or mobile/browser extensions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner closely with engineering, design, support, sales, and marketing teams to guide development, resolve issues, and ensure seamless launches.

Development Oversight and Launch

Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, QA, and coordinate releases with go-to-market activities (e.g., feature announcements, demos, changelog updates).

Performance Analysis and Iteration

Monitor key SaaS metrics (e.g., adoption, retention, churn, feature usage via analytics), gather post-launch feedback, and iterate rapidly.

Stakeholder Management

Communicate roadmaps, progress, and insights to leadership and the team; contribute to customer-facing content like release notes, blogs, and demos.
