We can’t wait to meet you!</p><p><br></p><p>As a <b>Recruiter, </b>you will Coordinate and implement the recruitment screening, referral, and placement of qualified candidates to meet SimonMed’s work force needs, acts as a resource for both employees and managers.</p> <p></p><p><br></p><b>Essential Functions</b><ul><li>Demonstrates competency in the performance of job-related skills appropriate to his/her customer populations and departmental services.</li><li>Conducts recruitment effort for all exempt, nonexempt and temporary workers; writes and places advertisements; works with supervisors to screen and interview candidates; conducts reference checking; extends job offers. </li><li>Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements</li><li>Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine recruiting needs</li><li>Develop, cultivate, and manage relationships with hiring leaders to provide service excellence and recruitment expertise. </li><li>Recruiter manages and oversees the recruitment process</li><li>Utilizing full-cycle recruitment tools, sourcing, screening, applicant offers sending SimonMed New Hire Packets.</li><li>Checks references, background screening and supervises any appropriate testing.</li><li>Coordinates hiring and orientation process for new hires.</li><li>Manages applicant-tracking database, process/screen applicants, analyzes and determines eligibility and qualifications for hire.</li><li>Facilitate transfer process for internal candidates. Provides timely customer service to both internal and external applicants.</li><li>Acts as a resource to employees and managers regarding application of personnel policies and procedures</li><li>Reports to the HR Director regarding pertinent developments, concerns, and problems within the recruitment process</li><li>Serves as a consultant regarding matters related to recruitment to fill positions.
