Paid Ads Specialist (IG, Meta, TikTok) – Sell Out NYC Events + Performance Bonus

We are launching a NYC-based events brand (Evolve Major Media) and are looking for a paid ads specialist to help us consistently sell out our events using Instagram, Facebook (Meta), and TikTok ads.

This is a results-driven role focused on ticket sales and conversions — not just traffic or engagement.

🎯 OBJECTIVE

Sell out Luxe Photoshoot sessions (81 spots per session)

Sell out Sip N Paint events (60 tickets per session)

Drive traffic from:

Instagram Ads (primary focus)

Facebook Ads

TikTok Ads

Send traffic to:

Shopify website (photoshoots)

Eventbrite (Sip N Paint)

🔥 GOAL

Sell out events in advance (pre-sales)

Consistently sell out weekly events

Build a repeatable ad system we can reuse and scale

Turn social traffic into real ticket sales

🔧 RESPONSIBILITIES

Set up and manage Instagram, Facebook (Meta) & TikTok ad campaigns

Create or guide high-converting ad creatives (Reels-style content)

Build and optimize conversion funnels

Test audiences and scale winning ads

Optimize for ROAS and ticket sales

Provide a clear strategy/system we can continue using

📈 IDEAL CANDIDATE

Proven experience selling events or local experiences

Strong with Instagram ads (Reels, Stories, Feed)

Experience with Meta Ads Manager + TikTok Ads

Understands how to convert social traffic into purchases

Can show real results (sales, ROAS, conversions)

Knows how to scale winning campaigns

⏱️ PROJECT TYPE

💰 COMPENSATION

$200 fixed (setup + initial campaigns)

$150–$200 performance bonus for strong results (ticket sales/conversions)
