They are valued Last Mile contributors who improve the delivery experience for our customers and create a flexible, customer obsessed delivery network.<br><br>Key job responsibilities<br><br><ul><li>A qualified candidate will be responsible for configurating logistical, jurisdiction, developmental, operational systems and more.</li><li>Develop or modify Configuration plans, policies, and procedures tailored to the complexity and scope of the developmental or operational system.</li><li>Use or recommend automated Configuration tools to implement policies and procedures.</li><li>Understand and effectively communicate standard work and best practices.</li><li>Utilize data to report on configuration success and identify opportunities to improve resources and processes.</li><li>Build partnerships across corporate and global stakeholders to ensure long-term scalability and adaptability.</li><li>Develop and deploy actions based upon feedback to improve effectiveness.</li><li>Support and facilitate auditing and reporting processes.</li><li>Analyze configuration issues and propose appropriate resolutions.</li><li>Partner cross-functionally to quickly resolve urgent matters and escalations, removing barriers for learners.</li><li>Contribute to the strategy of the global Hub Delivery Partner Program.<br><br></li></ul><strong>About The Team<br><br></strong>The Hub Delivery program is part of Amazon's fast growing and always evolving rural, urban and global delivery program.
