Role: Marketing Executive

Location: Old Trafford, Manchester

Hours: 8.45am – 5.15pm

Package: £30,000 basic (£33,000 OTE)

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and digitally focused marketer to join our team and play a key role in the execution of PHMG's marketing strategy.

You will work closely with the Head of Marketing to deliver campaigns and digital initiatives that enhance our client communications, strengthen our online presence, and support lead generation and retention objectives.

This role is ideal for someone who has a strong understanding of digital marketing channels and a passion for using data, technology and creativity to deliver measurable results.

Strategic objectives and responsibilities:

  • Digital Marketing Delivery
  • Implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including email, paid search (PPC), display, SEO, and social media
  • Support the creation, testing and optimisation of e-marketing campaigns to improve engagement and conversion
  • Assist in the management of multi-channel campaigns, ensuring strong performance and ROI
  • Monitor and report on campaign results using analytics tools, identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Client Journey and Communications
  • Support the delivery of a digitised client communication strategy to ensure timely, consistent and engaging contact throughout the client lifecycle
  • Assist in mapping and improving key client touchpoints to enhance the overall experience
  • Help to develop automated workflows and personalised content that improve client engagement and retention
  • Work with internal teams to ensure communications align with PHMG's tone of voice, visual identity and service standards
  • Marketing Operations and Support
  • Support the integration and optimisation of marketing technology tools such as CRM and marketing automation platforms
  • Contribute to campaign planning sessions, sharing insight and ideas for digital improvement
  • Liaise with agencies, suppliers and internal stakeholders to support the delivery of projects and campaigns
  • Assist with data segmentation, database management and reporting to support targeted marketing activity
  • Manage timelines, assets and approvals to ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule and to a high standard

Measures of success:

  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools including Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO platforms and CRM or marketing automation systems (such as HubSpot, Pardot, Salesforce or Marketo)
  • Strong understanding of paid, earned and owned digital channels and how they work together to deliver business outcomes
  • Experience in implementing or supporting PPC, SEO and email marketing campaigns
  • Data-driven mindset with an ability to interpret analytics and use insights to optimise performance
  • Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Enthusiastic, collaborative and eager to learn from senior team members
