Job Description

Responsibilities: (Primary Duties, Roles, and/or Authorities)  Plan shipment – forecast, scheduling, and coordination

 Coordinating with shipping agent on customs clearance and documentation

 Prepare export documentation including exhibits/certificates

 Initiate PI count – weekly/monthly/yearly

 PI count reconciliation and JDE update

 Permits / Licenses – NoaH, Poison, LMW, Skim Milk, Bank Guarantee

 Monthly Customs report (M1, M2, M4, Sub Con)

 Scrap form & arrangement

 Coordination on scrap value with internal department, scrap vendor

 Order issuance supplies (PO)

 Billing invoices verification

 JDE transaction

 Customs exemption application

 Perform any other task or duties as when directed by superior

 Perform task following BOP requirement

 Update BOP into Master Control in line with current process

 Attended Custom queries if necessary

 Build good relationship with internal departments and authorities office

 co-ordinate with forwarders and haulage agents to ensure efficient and timely movement of shipments.

 drive for freight cost reduction and shipment consolidation to reduce handling charges

 ensure accurate and timely submission of shipping documents to shipping agent and customers

 monitor and drive for improvement on shipping lead time

 Renewal of LMW license, Sub-contract license, Poison License, Rubber License

 Compliance to license requirements, which includes submissions of monthly inventory

 movement reports

 Application for customs duties and taxes on all inbound items, where applicable

Education and Experience

Education

  • Degree holder and above
Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years experiences of similar task
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Positive working attitude
  • Possess good teamwork spirit
  • Able to work long hours
Language Skills
  • Good in written and spoken in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
