Actual compensation may vary due to factors such as experience and skill set.<br><br>As a Lead Account Manager, Client Services at RXO, you will coordinate with site leadership to provide support for all home delivery services.<br><br><strong>What Your Day-to-day Will Look Like<br><br></strong><ul><li>Assist with monitoring the successful completion of home deliveries by contract carriers, including tracking and analysis of on schedule deliveries and voice of customer (VOC) reports</li><li>Cultivate positive working relationships with contract carriers and helpers</li><li>Use route planning software to build efficient delivery routes</li><li>Handle the dispatch of contract carriers; resolve issues throughout the day as needed</li><li>Assist the Operations Manager in identifying issues with inventory, deliveries and/or customer satisfaction, including restructuring routes to improve operational efficiencies</li><li>Manage and develop contract carriers expectations for home delivery; make appointments for pickup and delivery</li><li>Coach and develop dispatch and warehouse personnel to meet and exceed the customers’ expectations</li><li>Travel to multiple sites and/or stores to ensure client expectations are met (e.g., problem solve routing, delivery and inventory issues)<br><br></li></ul><strong>At a Minimum, You’ll Need<br><br></strong><ul><li>4 years of logistics experience, including 1 year of inventory control and merchandise reconciliation experience</li><li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience</li><li>Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook) and other business applications<br><br></li></ul><strong>It’d Be Great If You Also Have<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management, or equivalent related work or military experience</li><li>4-7 years of logistics experience</li><li>2 years of inventory control and merchandise reconciliation experience</li><li>Solid research, communication and time management skills<br><br></li></ul><strong>Does this sound like you?
