Location: Costa Mesa / Santa Ana, CA
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Pay: $22.00+/hour (Depending on Experience)

Overview

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representatives.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy building relationships, assisting customers, generating sales opportunities, and serving as a key point of contact between clients and internal teams. Successful candidates are professional communicators who thrive in fast-paced environments and are driven by achieving results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers

  • Respond to inbound inquiries and provide product or service information

  • Generate and follow up on sales leads and opportunities

  • Prepare quotes, process orders, and maintain customer records

  • Conduct outbound calls to support sales and business development efforts

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service

  • Track customer interactions and update CRM systems accurately

  • Meet individual and team sales and performance goals

Qualifications

  • Previous inside sales, customer service, account management, or sales support experience preferred

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with prospects

  • Proficient with computers, email, and CRM software

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities

  • Self-motivated, professional, and goal-oriented
