The B2B Creative Director is a creative leader focused on driving the B2B marketing creative function within Integrated Care. This role leads a small team of copywriters and designers and is responsible for the creative strategy and execution of B2B marketing assets that support growth and commercial performance with employer, health plan, and partner audiences.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • B2B Creative Strategy & Execution
    • Lead creative strategy and execution for B2B marketing assets targeting employers, health plans, and partners.
    • Activate the Teladoc Health brand within the B2B context, ensuring work is on-brand, polished, and tailored to enterprise buyer needs.
    • Translate complex healthcare offerings into clear, persuasive creative that builds credibility and drives consideration.
  • Asset Development & Campaigns
    • Own creative development across B2B marketing formats including sales materials, event materials, digital ads, landing pages, email campaigns, and thought leadership content.
    • Partner with B2B marketing to develop performance-focused creative that supports pipeline goals.
    • Ensure creative quality and consistency across all B2B touchpoints.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and develop a small team of creators (copywriters and designers), providing clear direction, constructive feedback, and career support.
    • Foster a collaborative, curious, and accountable team culture.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partner closely with B2B marketing, Content and other cross-functional partners to align creative output with business priorities.
    • Contribute to the broader creative organization, sharing work and feedback across teams.
    • Communicate creative rationale clearly to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in creative roles, with at least 2 years leading or managing creative teams and/or projects.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating B2B creative strategy and execution across multiple channels.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop creative talent, including copywriters and designers.
  • Experience partnering closely with B2B marketing teams and supporting enterprise buyer audiences.
  • Experience in healthcare marketing or within a healthcare-related industry.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication skills and creative judgment, with the ability to influence stakeholders and deliver performance-driven work.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Workfront or similar project/work management tools.

Benefits

  • The base salary range for this position is $130,000 - $145,000.
  • In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for performance bonus, RSUs, and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements).
  • We follow a Flexible Vacation Policy, intended for rest, relaxation, and personal time.
  • All time off must be approved by your manager prior to use.
  • You will also receive 80 hours of Paid Sick, Safe, and Caregiver Leave annually.
