Growth Product Manager at BairesDev We are looking for a Growth Product Manager who will own initiatives to drive revenue growth. In this role, you'll play a key part in optimizing how we acquire more and better potential customers (leads) via our website, email marketing, and other marketing channels. What You'll Do • Work closely with the Head of Growth Product throughout research and analysis, ideation, planning, execution, deployment, and iteration. • Work with engineering and design team members on sprint planning, daily standup meetings, retrospectives, resource allocation, and project management against roadmap execution. • Create and maintain the product backlog. • Conduct research on the latest marketing trends and competitors to promote software development services. • Determine the priority and business value of initiatives. What We Are Looking For • 3-5 years of experience in Growth Product Management within a tech-focused B2B environment. • Ability to identify, understand, and solve growth challenges through data-driven decision-making. • Experience in designing, optimizing, and scaling websites to improve conversion rates and user engagement. • Strong analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and data interpretation to drive continuous improvements. • Degree in a technical or quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Statistics). • Location US, Canada, or LATAM/Western Europe with at least 2 years of experience studying or working in the US. • Advanced level of English.
