Support the preparation and execution of system studies including ampacity, load flow, short circuit analysis, and loss studies. Work with project teams to support the preparation, scheduling, coordination, and monitoring of engineering project activities. Assist in interpreting client needs and project requirements and translating them into engineering solutions. Review manufacturer equipment drawings and technical specifications. Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and quality assurance policies. Assist in performing quality control checks on engineering deliverables including drawings, calculations, and studies. Support review of engineering deliverables and assist in implementing corrective actions when required. Coordinate with designers and drafters to ensure drawings meet engineering requirements. Work with team on changing trends in technology   MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES) Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Engineering, or related field. 0-2+ years of experience in battery energy storage systems, renewable energy, distribution systems, or MV power systems. Engineer in Training (EIT) certification or ability to obtain preferred. Basic understanding of medium- and low-voltage systems. Familiarity with switchgear, switchboards, panelboards, breakers, and protection devices. Experience in the utility scale renewable energy industry and/or utility scale power delivery is a plus.  Must be authorized for full-time work in Canada or the United States.  Basic understanding of relevant codes and standards including IEEE, NEC, NESC, and NFPA. Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
