Position: Complex Revenue Analyst (remote) Westin Chicago Northwest The Westin Chicago Northwest 400 Park Blvd Itasca, IL 60143, USA Westin Chicago Northwest The Westin Chicago Northwest 400 Park Blvd Itasca, IL 60143, USA The Complex Revenue Analyst will partner closely with Commercial Leadership and on-property management teams to maximize room revenue across a multi-state portfolio of Marriott and Hilton hotels. This role supports multiple properties and focuses on strategic pricing, inventory optimization, and market mix management to drive profitability and overall performance. This is a remote position open to candidates located anywhere, with a preference for Central or Eastern time zones. Experience with both Marriott and Hilton revenue systems is ideal; however, candidates with strong experience in one of the two brands will also be considered. Key Responsibilities • Manage and optimize room inventory and pricing strategies across the hotel portfolio • Develop rate and availability strategies aligned with market demand, seasonality, and brand standards • Support revenue-generating initiatives tailored to each property’s unique market and positioning Data Analysis & Forecasting • Analyze historical performance, booking trends, and market data to produce accurate forecasts and revenue projections • Identify opportunities and risks to support proactive revenue decisions • Monitor and benchmark performance using key KPIs including occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR • Prepare performance summaries and provide strategic recommendations to property and regional teams Rate & Distribution Management • Build, manage, and maintain rate plans in accordance with revenue management guidelines • Assist with loading and managing rates across all distribution systems and channels • Ensure optimal inventory placement and pricing consistency across all channels Promotions & Tactical Offers • Track and evaluate the performance of promotions and tactical offers • Adjust strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets across the portfolio Annual Revenue Planning • Support the development and review of annual revenue strategies and pricing plans in collaboration with hotel leadership Reporting & Presentations • Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports • Maintain and analyze data using Excel and other reporting tools Competitive & Market Analysis • Conduct competitive set analysis and industry benchmarking • Monitor competitor pricing and demand trends to inform strategy Required Skills & Qualifications • Revenue Management Systems: Experience with Hilton and/or Marriott revenue platforms (e.g., GRO, One Yield, MARSHA) • Brand Experience: Strong revenue management experience with Marriott or Hilton hotels (experience with both is a plus) • Data & Analytics: Advanced Excel skills and experience with revenue and BI tools such as STR, Amadeus, Lighthouse, or similar • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies • Communication Skills: Ability to clearly present insights and recommendations to property leaders and commercial teams • Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) and channel management platforms used in branded hotels Our Differences Are What Make Us Great At Crescent Hotels & Resorts, we are a team of hospitality professionals that are deeply connected to & proud of the exceptional experiences we provide for our guests.
