The successful candidate will be a part of the global Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence, supporting our systems, governing process adherence and providing training for optimal performance and reporting. They will look for opportunities to drive innovation and efficiency as well as improvements in the candidate and recruiter experience. In this role, you will:

  • Serve as system admin for the Avature Talent Acquisition Suite, its integrations and other recruiting tools
  • Review and action submissions in the global request log
  • Support implementation of Avature across Transcom
  • Drive ATS development, standards and work cross-functionally
  • Obtain expert level knowledge in Avature and serve as a point of contact for local Superusers
  • Make recommendations on system use or process enhancements that align to the global TA goals and vision
  • Share best practices across countries
  • Update and maintain user access and permissions
  • Ensure GDPR adherence in the recruiting process

To be successful in this role, the following is needed: Prior SysAdmin experience with Avature ATS Suite. 5+ years Talent Acquisition experience with focus on TA technology for large complex global organisations. Experience with volume hiring in an automated and digitised manner. Ability to think and act with a global mindset, demonstrable ability to work effectively in a global setting across various regions, cultures and time zones. Ability to communicate clearly in English - written and verbal. Additional languages are a plus. Proven ability to manage multiple and competing priorities, able to rely on strong personal project management and organisational skills. Problem-solving, diplomacy and persuasive selling skills.
