As the portfolio owner for their channel, this manager will drive market positioning, innovation localization, channel portfolio road mapping, NPD launch and lifecycle management.</span></p><p><span>This role sits within Blueair's Product Marketing (PROM) team and works closely with the Senior NA Product Manager, Innovation Managers, Sales, Trade Marketing, and Global cross-functional partners to land winning product strategies in market.</span></p></div><div><p></p></div><div><p><span><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></p></div><div><p><span><em>Product Portfolio Ownership</em></span></p></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Support the North American product marketing strategy and NPD roadmap for an assigned channel that align with Blueair’s strategic growth pillars.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) plans</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Lead and execute channel initiatives as part of the annual business plan, such as SKU extensions, commercial alignment and lead project management for OTIF.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Manage the full product lifecycle for the assigned channel — from launch readiness through Phase-In / Phase-Out (PIPO) decisions.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Own category-level P&L and work cross-functionally to ensure sustainable, profitable growth.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Serve as the product expert and primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders for the assigned channel.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Provide product training and launch support to cross-functional teams and customer-facing partners.</span></p></li></ul><p></p></div><div><div><p><span><em>Innovation Launch Management</em></span></p></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Lead launch management for new product introductions (NPIs) and line extensions within the assigned channel, ensuring launches are delivered on time.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Conduct post-launch evaluations and present quarterly portfolio performance reports with actionable insights to leadership.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Partner with the Global Product Marketing managers to regionalize new concepts for the NA market.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Collaborate with Sales, Finance Supply Chain, Brand and Legal teams to plan and execute launches.</span></p></li></ul><p></p></div><div><p><span><em>Market Intelligence & Consumer Insights</em></span></p></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Drive ongoing competitor, category, and market trend analysis to identify opportunities and risks.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Develop insight-driven product recommendations and requirements specific to the U.S. and Canadian consumer.</span></p></li></ul><p></p></div><div><p><span><em>Pricing & Channel Strategy</em></span></p></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Define and manage Product Channel Pricing (PCP) for the assigned portfolio in collaboration with Sales.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Support annual channel planning for key retailer and customer engagement.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><p></p></div><div><p><span><strong>Required Skills:</strong></span></p></div></div><ul><li><p><span>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.</span></p></li><li><p><span>5+ years of experience in product marketing or product management in a B2C environment, consumer durables or CPG categories is required.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Demonstrated experience owning a product portfolio or category, including launch management and lifecycle decisions.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market and data analysis into actions</span></p></li><li><p><span>Solid commercial acumen with experience developing business cases or managing product-level P&Ls.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous workstreams.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to leadership.</span></p></li><li><p><span>High degree of independence, resourcefulness, and personal accountability.</span></p></li></ul><div><div><p></p></div><div><p><span><strong>Pay:</strong> The base salary pay range for this position is $90,000-$110,000 per year. Blueair takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.</span></p></div><div><p></p></div><div><p><span><strong>Bonus:</strong> This position is bonus eligible.</span></p></div><div><p></p></div><div><p><span><strong>Benefits: </strong>Blueair employees are eligible to participate in our benefits plan.
